Chat drafts stay in the open page until you select Send enquiry. Submitted information is stored in the website’s enquiry records and can be viewed by the authorised website operator. Closing the browser page before submitting discards the draft.

How we use your details

Your contact details and requirements help the opticmlab team respond about this enquiry. The chat asks for your permission before submitting. When the operator enables email notifications, your submitted details are also sent through the configured mail service to our enquiry team. The saved confirmation confirms storage; it does not confirm email delivery.
